Recipe:

In a 2L cooker, layer as below

- 1 tbsp Oil, ½tsp Water

- 5 Curry leaves, ½tsp Cumin seeds

- 10 whole Okra’s -110gms (Washed and dried, remove

the edges)

- 3 Green chilli, 2 Garlic cloves

Cook on high for 3 mins (no whistles). Release Pressure. Let it cool down and grind along with 50 gms roasted Peanuts,1 tbsp Coriander leaves, ½ tsp Tamarind paste, ¼ tsp Cumin seeds and ¾ tsp Salt. Add ½C Water, mix and serve.

Replace/Supplement:

- Tamarind paste with a tiny piece of Tamarind.

- Garlic pods with Garlic paste.

Tips:

- Always make sure that all Okra's touch the bottom of

cooker for it to roast well or else chutney will become

slimy.

- Add more Water if needed.
